Box office hopeful about Being Cyrus

Priyadarshan's laugh riot Malamaal Weekly finally ended the dry spell at the box office.

Being Cyrus also opened well last week, even though the film is in English, and is a dark thriller.

However, the film is too dark for the Indian audience who generally buy only feel-good stuff at multiplex ticket rates. So whether the Saif Ali Khan starrer turns out to be a hit in the long run remains to be seen.

Note: Films are ranked according to their release dates.
