There is a strong buzz suggesting that Balaji's Bandini will wind up soon, sometime in December or early January.
A source says, "On the sets we have been hearing the channel is planning to shut this show and they are observing the numbers closely every week. However, so far no official person has told us the exact month when it will end. It is said in December our show will wind up or will get an extension till January. As far as the story is concerned we have not been informed to conclude the story therefore we are following the script as it is."
Meanwhile, a girl called Triveni had been introduced in the show some time back. She was going to make a documentary on the Mahivanshi family. Her character disappeared from the show suddenly. Currently the creative team is contemplating an option to bring her back but now another actor will play this role. "We are going to re-introduce Triveni's character. She will have some romantic track with one of the boys of the Mahivanshi family. We are looking for a replacement for Triveni as after her comeback she will have a major part to play in the show. Earlier a new girl was playing this character and the creative team was not happy with her performance, so they are looking for some other actor to play this role."
Sandip Sikand, creative director of the show denied the buzz about the show ending in December. While Mrunal Jain who plays Hiten Mahivanshi says, "I do not know anything about it, there are a lot of rumours floating on the sets but the production house hasn't given us any definite closure date."
