So finally caught up with the epi today and if we keep the discrepency in Madhu's characterization at the intro scene apart, I quite liked the bond she shared with Dutta and infact Madhu made me a bit happier today.
Madhu tagged along for shopping with Nakku & co and ofcourse with her went our super hero 😆, Dutta. Ya so what TaSha went for their marriage shopping? guests make for priority 😛. No wonder Nakku was quick to jump and shop for the new sis in town 😆. I guess this was one of Nakku's "plans" off her kitty to get the two siblings together. Did she succeed? I dare say she did 😛. Nakku asks Dutta infront of Madhu , if they can shop for her . What a fix Dutta was in 😆. If he says No, Madhu ke saamne naak katjayegi, arey yaar she might say, "Bada patilwada ka don bana phirtha hai, mere liye ek dress kareedne keliye martha hai" 😆 and if he says yes, Madhu might feel super happy that her bro is talking to her 😛 😆 Now Dutta poor guy , kare bhi tho kya kare bathaou ? 😆. So he chose a midway 😆, he signalled a "yes" thru the nod instead of saying it out 😛. Have to say, impressive😆. I guess its the first step towards accepting his lil sis.
Madhu happily jumps up in joy and asks her vahini to select a dress for her, cuz she is not so good with selection , but what caught my eye was Dutta . He was so interested in knowing abt Madhu and her choices. Itna interest Nakku ke choice patha karne mein lagatha tho story kuch aur hi hothi 😆. Anyways keeping that aside, so Dutta all ears to see what his sis chooses. Madhu tries on couple of dresses and Dutta keeps noticing, though not trying to seem obvious. Finally when she chooses, she runs to get a trial, gets out and Look at Dutta when Madhu says "How am I?" 😳. I was like, "Tujhe nahin pooch rahi , u dont need to look" 😆. Anyways Nakku wants Dutta -Madhu to bond, so she left no stone unturned ,asked Dutta for an opinion on the dress. Again Dutta in a fix, but finally he answered with a big nod this time. Loved it😳. Madhu felt super duper happy at her bro's approval. What a sight to watch😍.
Madhu wanted to change back, lept off to the trial room and see what her bro, who said he isnt interested in talking to his new sis, did 😛. He kept staring at his sis. He I feel connected to Madhu already. He is trying hard to know abt his sis. Looks like its gonna be a very interesting bond between Dutta-Madhu😊.
Looks like the Writers have been doing some damage control today. Madhu actually thought of her dad and the let Nakku(and us) know the reason for her stay at Dutta's place. She always craved for a family, a bro and when she got the chance she longed for, she just pounced at it. Now I feel a bit connected to her character. She has been a lonely soul thru out her life. Her dad sent her off abroad when she was a kid. She had to stay there alone. The only interaction she ever had with him was his occasional vists to her place. May be this explains her disconnect with her dad. The most interesting aspect of that talk between her and Nakku in that scene was, "I always used to ask my dad for a bro". DP wanted to give his daughter what she craved for. That answers why he left the property on Dutta's name. He very well knows that Dutta cant leave a girl alone, without any finacial background, even if he hates the sight of her. Have to say what a thoughtful gesture from DP. DP did a huge favor on Dutta too. He gave Dutta something which he could never do when he was alive. He gave Dutta a sister who truly loves him. A gril who truly values the bond. It got me to adore DP in that scene. He truly was a changed man. Also he bought up a girl like Madhu, who is so happy-golucky and full of life types, unlike what AS did with her kids.
The actress was quite impressive at the shopping scene and so was MR 😊. Looks like finally the story is falling back into place.
Note : Donot want to talk abt Baaji-Madhu's love story yet. I didnt understand why he was looking at the girl as if he never saw anyone in salwars😆. So me will wait to comment on their LS . It needs to be etched out properly and whatever they showed today , I just tried to ignore 😛. I infact loved Roops, second "Baaji" when Baaji was so drooling over the new sis 😆. Somehow loved Roops-Baaji pair more. Hope the writers come up with a more genuine LS between Baaji-Madhu, if they really want us to connect to it.
