I think Maan will believe Geet. But he doesn't want her to be uncomfortable in the KC office. So,he will allow her to work for Yash to keep up her promise to him. Its my guess....

Thanks for sharing I will go with first option as CV's are showing Dev as a saint but I really doubt him as being coward and getting scared by the punishment he can easily deny the truth.MSK ke samne ache achon ki bolti band ho jati hai!
