anyways 😆reg. earring it cud be 2 ways:
1. must have been in the list of Ishaan's obsessions ..😆😆.. and cud be related to keeping his childhood friends' earring for friendship memory sake as possibly they were very attached in childhood days....(Shona may be) so indicating that how they were so close to each other and Shona addressed to in Ishaan's talk about her to Suhana for the first time....
2. possibly i am wrong and u r right that Dadaji has planted this there to see whether she gets jealous or questions him about the same... and coming out confessing her feelings....
