Actually this snake theme is quite generic. I called Pritam on it the min the song came out, lol

Sapera music is used by sapera's to make the nagin dance. Funny, considering snakes can't hear. Don't quote me on this..on snakes, I go by what I hear..can't be bothered to look 'em up.

Yea sapera music is very generic. I don't think he stole it from anywhere in particular at least not THIS time. 😆

Thats funny okazaki fragment, I have heard the same. I knew someone who had a ball python as a pet and he would keep saying din raat how snakes can't hear and they only feel vibrations. I memorized the line by default. 😕

"While getting the rights for the been music from Nagin was easy, getting the rights for this folk song proved impossible since it has originally been sung by 18 singers many of them from Pakistan. So we just credited it as 'traditional'. Let's hope no one comes forward to claim a slice of the song," Pritam has his fingers crossed.

That's right.Found this on snakes - Here's another misconception that arises when we see snake charmers do their trick. It is believe that snakes are charmed or hypnotized as they hear music from a snake charmer's flute. Believe it not, in reality, snakes are deaf!
