DE-STRESS MANTRA I love playing computer games ... and playing sports,says television actor Aamir Ali on his favorite ways to de-stress Ide-stress by watching movies,playing sports and electronic games.In sports,I de-stress by playing tennis,badminton and cricket.I was into sports from my younger days.I'm a huge fan of electronic games,I love playing computer games and I'm also very fond of my gaming console. I regularly work out in order to stay fit.In my profession,it is of utmost importance that one be fit and look good.However,working out is not my choice to de-stress instead I love playing sports.Playing sports is a great form of exercise and involves loads of fun.Physical exercises,on the other hand can get monotonous easily.That is why I enjoy playing sports so much. While shooting,I carry along my portable DVD player,gaming console and my cricket kit.Instead of getting bored during breaks,I liven myself up through these means.Sometimes there's a break of one hour,which gives me enough time to play games and recharge myself.Because of my hectic schedule,working for 12-14 hours a day,I need a break from my regular routine. I have a great movie DVD collection and regularly watch movies.I dont like watching the same movies again and again,as there are so many more movies to watch.I do like watching comedies and Hollywood blockbusters. Spending time with family and friends is another sure way to destress.It is important that takes time to regularly unwind in the form of doing activities that one likes.Otherwise,all work and no play will leave one feeling down.After a few months one is bound to feel burned out.What is the point of working so hard when you can't take off time to enjoy life.Just do what you feel like,whatever gives you pleasure.Find ways to keep yourself entertained.
