I feel that even if Shravan were very responsible and mature and Tara loved him, then also Sanchi would be more suitable to marry Shravan. Both Sanchi and Tara have their good qualities. But, for a joint family like Shravan's, Sanchi is more suitable. It will be difficult for Tara to fit into that family.

So actually that translate to not loving the guy but his profession and money .Parents especially "brown parents" instill this attitude in their girl kids .

As i have mentioned before true love does not do account keeping , it just loves . Money is not everything in life. There are many things in life which cannot be bought by money - one example is happiness.
Coming back to Tara's theme. My personal opinion is Tara should reject Shravan if she doesnt love him . But if she loves him, med or no med , she should try to be with Shravan.

To answer your question modern grls are very calculative in love, I beg to differ with you. Question raised here is not about how much money he makes or not doing well in profession, problem with Shravan is that he is not serious about his life. He has a degree but does he choose to use it? No Does he have a drive to become something? No. All he cares about it just enjoying. If girls were looking only for money they would totally go for Shravan, he has loads of money that he is going to get money from his father one day. So it's not about money but rather being with a person who wants to be something in life rather than just wasting it. I hope I made sense.

That's true. She's more of an independent type of person. She wouldn't be able to handle living in such a large interdependent family.

When I said about modern girls , I was not refering to Shravan , it was just a general opinion reading the comments here .
Shravans inhertits lot of money so money is not a question here.

I never thought Tara was wrong in her actions and how she told Shravan to wait a year. If she isn't ready to be married then I see nothing wrong with her wanting to wait instead of rushing into something she doesn't yet want. If she wants to complete her education and have a career first then thats great! Not everyone wants to get married right away lol.

totally agree with u
