i knew she was a suppoesedley a bit overweight but 90 kg is a lot more than i expected. good for her for loosing it all. She honestly looks like one of those girls who are born skinny. And regardless of all that, its Sonam's face that actually makes her beautiful, and evidently she still had it back in her old days too :)

Here is Sonam's old diet:

Sonam says, "I was depressed when I went to boarding school at the age of 15. I was the only Indian girl in my school in Singapore. There was plenty of junk food and mum had stopped all chocolates at home. Here, I was free and ate; though it was comfort eating and I also gained weight due to hormonal imbalances. I went from 50 kilos to 90 kilos in jus 4 months. I gained 40 kilos. I used to eat 1-pint ice cream, two large pizzas alone and instead of three meals would have 10 meals a day. My mum started crying seeing me."

aww i remember reading this before!!!but no matter what she is such a sweet looking girl..even back then she was so beautiful!n i so agree with who said its he face that makes her beautiful..cz she has a face of an angel😍
n now she s breathtakingly beautiful with that amazing figure!

Yea she was into comfort eating and also she had PCOS. Its actually quite an inspiring story!
