i so agree with you. i didn't like the mothers reason and when she differentiated her daughter from the sons -she admitted it would be different if it was her son which i found really wrong and then her reason was because the sons are the ones to participate in the rituals after the their death (in short they are superior than the daughter) -i hated that bit, i would have thought the mother would have the sense. I liked the fathers opinion i agree with you it was nice to see the father was open minded. 😊
