update 19th july 2010

i am going to update this episode briefly -
chanda is frightened seeing things in her room but composes herself abt them.sia goes to gunja's room and thinks abt her vowing to bring the truth thereby justice to gunja.ammaji gets ready to go to court.gaji is also taken to court.ammaji starts by telling raghav to bring chanda and sia to court.sheela,santosh bring the aarthi ka thaali for chanda and sia.they wish them luck and tell chanda to be brave enough to tell the truth in the court.raghav,sia and chanda start for the court.sia tells raghav to wait for some time and goes to lord krishna's statue and prays that he stand with them for justice.in the village,the villagers are talking ill of sia and how she is a bad influence on the women of the village.they keep telling that sia has destroyed the peace of the kasbah.they tell that her sin can never be washed away.ammaji does not respond to the villagers greetings and the villagers feel bad for her and tells people that now that her son has been to jail it is a permanent black against the heilli.gaji and yashpal are taken to court in one vehicle and yashpal signals all will be fine to gaji

in the court ammaji ,jogi,sunheri with her men.gaji and yashpal with the police,raghav,sia and chanda arrive separately to face a barge of questions from the reporters as they feel it is a high profile case.they even dont spare raghav who is asked on whose side he is on -his wife or his brother.the court case starts with the PP giving details of the case.the defense present their story claiming yashpal to be the culprit.yashpal is brought to the stand and confesses to the murder saying gunja is characterless who enticed him and when he refused put the gun on his forehead and in the struggle she was killed.sia and chanda are shocked.PP brings sia to the stands and asks her abt gunja's character.sia tells the judge that gunja is honest ,loving and hardworking and was in love with krishna who she dreamt of marrying.she says the character assassination of gunja is being done to help the murderer and that nobody will marry a girl like that.she tells the court a poor girl has been killed and the law is equal for the rich and poor.she expects justice to be done.to further prove gunja's character PP brings krishna who lies in the court saying even though he was engaged to gunja he later on found her character was not good.the entire court is stunned with gaji shocked at the answer.

i was predicting that krishna was brought in so that character assassination of gunja is possible,i was right.after 18months of laado i have started to understand the cv's.😡

see yashpal as expected is a very loyal employee and i was not surprised by his action at all.infact even krishna's statement also was not shocking.

actually i can visualise chanda's testimony torn to shreds in the court tomorrow.that also wil not be surprising.that's veerpur and that's indian legal system for u.

actually i am actually interested in knowing raghav's thought processes after krishna's statement.would he atleast believe his wife or go along with the lies told in the court abt gunja..actually betting on sangwan leads to a serious loss of face as they make the most unreliable husbands.not that raghav's position is easy.he has relationships on both the side of the court but is over run by emotions rather than the truth is what i feel

chalo krishna ko bhi kameena bana hi diya..good call on tht shreya...i wonder how much money it took for him to ruin the character of his love after she died...well all sorts of people u see in the world...

shreya - are you still hopeful about raghav, well i am not.......i dont think he'll use his own senses inspite of knowing gunja, he'll go with the witness of krishna and will be more against sia now when she'll try to fight the case further.........i think gaji wil be released and then huda will help sia in finding out a way to solve this case........

sweety all habits die hard.pata nahin after all the vishwaas ghat i would still want to believe raghav,but gadha gadha hi rahega aur hamare saare umeed chul bar pani main.

poet- spiky accha hain par is mood main toh bilkul nahin hoon after i got the news that gaji was released from jail and went Scott free.

anu- a donkey will remain a donkey ,a donkey and donkey's sons through out their lives.they cannot suddenly become horses
