Some great ideas guys! 👏...

Compared to these mine are gonna be a bit... Plain 😆...

1) Second the TVD VM contest idea... It'll be fun 😛...

2) Caption contest... Like we post a few different pics where the TVD cast have funny poses and whoever comes up with the funniest caption wins...

3) Ooh I almost forgot 😆...Love the forum wide Scavenger hunt idea...

4) Trivia' Member posts Trivia about the cast and other members have to say who it the trivia is about... Am I making sense? 😆...

5) TVD Quiz... Member posts questions taken from TVD epi's and whoever gets the answers right wins'

okay, some of the ideas are really creative and sound really fun!

a few thoughts from my side - I like Bhav's prompt idea. a word, phrase or picture or song and then writing/siggiemaking/whateverelse to it - depending on the week. maybe you could interchange it around. like one week, you have it for writers, one for siggie makers, one for vidders etc.

you could also have something like a group activity maybe. get members to form a group, and then start off with simple activites (this would be a long term game consisting of a few activities to showcase the talents of the group) - like, maybe a quiz for the first round, then the top few groups go on to the next round, then maybe a creation contest, a scavenger hunt as the rounds go on and more groups get eliminated. I don't know, I'll work out the kinks tonight and maybe post it here. but an idea for it would be for the group to consist of at least one 'human', 'vampire', 'witch/warlock' and 'were' or something like that. and each member will be given characteristics to follow. like the 'human' would have to do certain tasks which any other member can not, though they can get some help, but in the end it must be their work. same thing for the other members. again, I'll flesh this out some and edit this. XD

I love the idea of the vampire hunt......the one who sucessfully wins the hunt can be crowned Vampire Hunter......we could even extend it and do a werewolf hunt?

Lol.. i have given that idea already 😆 But i think you elaborated and made it so much better! 😃 Like the different activities. I think that all these ideas now can be integrated into one mini forum show, like the hunt can be done in groups. And all these ideas can be a part of the weekly activities!

Here's my swing at this.

Viewers know the whole tombstone ordeal right? How those 27(?) vampires were stuck in that tomb for over centuries until Bonnie and Grams opened it and they were free. We'll think about this, we're kind of in a similiar situation. Season one has ended and we're waiting to be 'free' in season two. So let's do what they 'did' back during the waiting period. This 'activities' can be spread weekly, biweekly, montly, however during this hiatus, as long we have something to do during this long period of wait.

Dhruvi's idea sounds like loads of fun. xD and gave me this idea (to be included in hers, if chosen) that I came across on YouTube. it's called the one-sentece contest - take one sentence from the show (of your choice) to represent a character, a pairing, a situation, etc, and make a VM out of it. we could also do this with siggies - I think I wrote about something similar in my earlier post. (: but it'd be fun, and challenging, because we're only to use that one sentence as a voiceover, so picking a sentence would be crucial to everything.

^ o0o0o0o0o I love it. I saw one on Life Unexpected, made me watch that show this Tues.

I've got another idea, but it's not quite a contest. More of just an interactive game...type...thingie... =/

I'm sure you guys have all heard of roleplaying, right? So I was thinking, we could each adopt a different character, like Elena, Damon, Stefan, Jeremy, Bonnie, Anna, Caroline, Matt, etc etc etc, and just do an ongoing roleplay kinda thing...Does that make sense?

It'll just be a typical roleplay, with various members adopting a character each, dead, undead or alive, and enacting random situations with other characters in a roleplaying thread...

Just more random ideas from yours truly! :D
