haha thats what i was going to ask😆😆 This restaurent is available in London, its located in central london near oxford circus, and trust me right now its boiling here, let alone such a long coat😲 i dont even wear a short coat😆😆😆😆

I'm pretty sure they're in London! Its quite hot here in the day but when these pictures were taken it looks like evening and it definitly is quite chilly then.

Let them wear what they want, its their personal style...their choice and I think they look fine as they are. (:
