Farah’s total injustice..

After I saw today's episode,I was disgusted by Farah Khan's biased judgement and behaviour.

She seems to have some kind of an intense dislike towards Meenal for some strange reason unknown to the rest of us.

Meenal sang really today.It was a difficult song and I thought she did a splendid job.But Farah Khan seemed
to think differently.Not only did she put her down by burshing aside Meenal's singing abilites,she totally insulted Meenal by commenting that she never connected with the audience as she closed her eyes while singing!!

Now I also watched the others perform.Take for example Amey.Hes one of my favourite contestants and he sang amazingly well today.I have no issues with Amey as I love him just as much as everyone else on this forum.
But get this...even Amey closed his eyes while singing especially in the high pitch parts.But madam Farah chose to ignore it in Amey's case which was right on her part but made a big deal out of it in Meenal's case which
was very wrong.

Its a very common and natural mannerism of singers to close their eyes while singing high pitch or soemthing that has lot of emotion.Why does Farah have to make a big issue out of it in Meenal's case only??

This is totally ridiculous...Farah needs to realise that the competition has reached its toughest stage and her stupitidy may cause good singers like Meenal to be ousted earlier than she deserves to be gone.She has no reason to target Meenal like this.I feel really sad for that girl...

i think meenal closed her eyes a little more than amey did...but i guess i didn't see it the way you pointed out.

meenal has pretty eyes, maybe farah just wanted to see them. 😃

I completely agree with you smi_muks, Farah really doesn't know what she is talking about and it seems that she is very much against Meenal for some reason? and Amey, the awwwwesome singer that he is, also closed his eyes for the majority of his performance which is almost required in songs such as tadap tadap and hum dil de chuke sanam, it helps to convey the emotion...i honestly do not appreciate Farah's comments 80 percent of the time.

Amey didn't have his eyes closed for the majority of the song, it was only at some parts, when he was singing in high pitch. He does that in a lot of his performances (ie. Suno Na), but its only for a few seconds. I agree Farah should keep her mouth shut about closing the eyes etc. Its really nonsense, when you're singing such an emotional song, its hard to not to close your eyes. Professional, popular singers all do it when they sing on stage. Neither Amey nor Meenal were forcing the issue, it was just their songs. Pls don't blame Amey for Farah's stupidity. If she didn't say anything to Amey, its not his fault. 😕 I thought Meenal sang well, if you just listen to her HDDCS, you can tell she aced the song, a little 'soul' was missing though. She has a beautiful voice.

I agree.. Meenal is a good singer bt a soul was missing in her y'dayz performance n even she accpted tht it wasnt her type of song bt still her attempt was god .. as far as farah is concerned she doesnt knw nething abt musik she alwys talk abt performance

She is a very good singer and I think Farah judges on the performances more than singing.To me I liked everyones singing especially Amey.He had the dard that shows in that song.well lets see what happens tommorrow.

i agree that closing your eyes doesnt necessarily mean you are not connecting with the audience... it actually showed how involved meenal was in her performance... jissay doob kar gana kehtay hain and that is part of the whole performance... the audience notices that and likes it too. it was aboslute injustice i agree. but yes, amey never closes his eyes for too long, so i think the two performances were NOT SIMILAR, so we SHOULD NOT make a comparison. even in a song like rang de basanti... which was a lot more high pitched. his eyes were open for the most part. but, i do agree, i liked her performance, she actually dares to pick songs that require something original rather than beating down on the same type of songs like other people sometimes. i wish meenal stays with us. ankhain band karnay ka matlab hamesha lack of performance nahi hota.. it can also be a part of a very involved and touchy performance which i think is what she had. the mood of the song totally complemented with her gestures.

i agree with u...and as for farah.. 🤢 just coz someone singds with there eyes closed thatas not any reason to give bad comments rite? ...meenal is comming in the botoom 3 continuesly (sorry for bad spelling) and on top of that farahs comments dont help at all... 😡 i was really happy that anu malik stood up for her 👏 👏
