Couldn't resist from posting here. I want to know is this show to give out some message? If it is, then its giving out very very wrong message. I know they r in Allahabad...but cant u make calls to other parts of india if ur in Allahabad? :S I am not sure WHY on earth pratigya never calls the police or contacts any organization...not even in her case...not in her devrani/jethani's case :S Atleast her family? Being strong is not about lecturing only...take actions damn it! 0_0 And its also not like pratigya has any child now cuz when women have children they think twice before breaking their marriage. So i dnt really get wat pratigya wants to do. Somebody plz explain.

I tried to give a theory on the mental condition of women in such environments on page no.1 of this thread (probably my second or third post there)... its like relating the condition of a free and courageous goat on an overnight stay at the butchers place ... he looses his soul and surrenders to get slaughtered... 😉 ... see what you think of that theory...

nice theory...i do understand wat women in tht situations go through trust me...one of my relatives was a victim of domestic violence & well she's divorced now with a daughter. She cried on the day she got divorce papers & i was pretty small that time. I didnt get y wud she cried on losing such a jerk...but again many women think tht they r nothing without men & tht its impossible to raise a child alone. If a man can slap a woman, he can murder too. The best thing is to escape from it ASAP. If it's just a problem of Allahabad, then this show shud start showing how to SOLVE the problems...bot keep on showing the problems cuz we all know by now wat domestic violence looks like.

Anyway...lol i came for the 1st time cuz i saw this amazing post made by sum1. I dnt watch the show...i cant tolerate to watch a woman getting abused & the woman being helpless. But i do keep track on what's going on sometimes.

I dnt have sel gomez in my DP now lol😆

Are there any HELPLINE for women in India who get physically abused?????????
