To me Abhi was always presented as the smart and intelligent guy. If necessary he could use his fists to beat someone up but he was never aggressive or angry. This new facet of his character seems very out of place. He was always rational and logical when it came to issues. Even when he was trying to get Simi to realize that she should be his wife, he NEVER attacked Nakul or his hence men unless they ATTACKED him. Abhi was able to outwit and outfight Nakul and it took several of his hench men to hold him for Nakul to beat him up (so dish um dish um I know)...
So to see Abhi engage in violent behavior or have repeated posts of Abhi killing RB is neither fitting his character nor interesting to read or watch. I don't like RB's behavior but the fact is, he's a troll and he's a slime bucket and beating him up is not impossible - just see Simi chasing him with a metal rod. A few slaps across his face and a good kick up the rear end is what he needs, but to take a knife at him - that's stupid and unnecesary.
Think about, all the times that RB was a threat to Simi at the beginning of the show, did Abhi EVER use any violent behavior NO. So why would Simi suddenly think of Abhi as displaying poor anger management? This is another twist in the storyline the creative team has come up with to start a new storyline to explain why Simi did not tell Abhi and to give, for some viewers here, justification and excuses for her actions.
I sincerely HOPE that we see Abhi as we saw Abhi when he first came to the show, a cool, rationale and smart guy who can outsmart RB with this intelligence, wit and talent. I am not against a few slaps or kick up his rear but hold off on the knives and the desire to have him killed. RB is a fab character whom we can use later on in the show.
