Wow lovely pics of both Kerala and HK. And Akku, I must say, it's rather weird to see the similarity between Fiji and Kerala.
Well, in Fiji the tradition is same old same old, carry your father's surname as your surname and then after marriage, carry your husband's surname...

Yeah when or if I move to Vancouver, will definitely go to Toronto just to meet Terence 😃

I think it's same at most places like you carry fathers surname first and then your husband... its the case in almost every culture I knw 😊

I have not been to fiji or Kerala so those pictures are mesmerizing provided tht I m environment student 😆
Oh i btw i was suppose to go to Toronto i have my aunt there, She wanted me to go to uni there , but then I chose to stay with my mom till i get married since i was away frm her for 10 yrs 😊

As for solos -- Mayuresh was hands down the best solo last year, however, I honestly don't think Kruti had the best solo this season (one of the best, but not best), and am surprised that Zee gave her the award (please don't scold me -- I am a Kruti fan!!)

I thought the best solo this season was Binny's O re Piya and was SO shocked she wasn't even nominated. If not, then I think Amrita (Tu jaane Na) or Jack (Tanhayee).

Oh well -- i don't mind Kruti winning it because she was out WAY too soon and she deserves the win! 😊

I personally think that the best solo should have gone to Amar for either Jaane Kahan or Hum Rahe Na Rahe (but voting started before this performance). Ore Piya was not that impressive (sorry!!!). The good thing about Kruti winning was that classical dance will now (hopefully) be equally recognized.
