May 3, 2010 Written Update
All arrive home, tired from the party. Sushma asks Jyoti if she can tell her something in private, but before they can go inside to her room, Kabir announces he has another surprise. He goes outside and brings Brij in. Sushma, who is terrified, starts crying out for Padma. Deepu grabs Brij by the collar and screams at him while Dadi cheers him on (haha😆). Kabir tries explaining to everyone to stop and give him a chance to stop, but in vain. Deepu even finds a knife but Poonam stops him from hurting Brij. Jyoti orders Kabir to take Brij away from here and he does.
Sushma is taken inside and consoled by Dadi and Jyoti. Later, Padma tells Jyoti that since Kabir is her friend, she must have known that he was bringing Brij. She screams at Jyoti asking why he didn't tell her and leaves crying. At Brij's house, Brij tells Kabir that he knew Jyoti would never listen, especially after doing such terrible things to her sister (and Jyoti too!) Kabir gets up to go but stops when Brij starts coughing up blood. He rushes him to the hospital. The doctor diagnoses Brij's case as tuberculosis in advanced stage, and not much can be done but hope.
Sushma dreams of Brij walking away with her child and her begging him to come back. She wakes up with a start, hysterically calling out to stop Brij from taking her child away. Jyoti and Dadi comfort her. Later, Kabir tries calling Jyoti but she cuts his phone.
Brij is alone in his house thinking of all the times he hurt Sushma. He then remembers Jyoti's words that everyone, no matter how huge a crime they may have committed, deserves a second chance. He then thinks that Jyoti is the only way he can be able to talk to Sushma and get him out of this darkness. End.
Precap: Jyoti gets on her scooty and then is confronted with a coughing Brij. He asks her to listen to him but she tells him to get away. When he doesn't, she slaps him.
