On the contrary, I'm pretty satisfied with the mentors for LM. when dealing with and mentoring kids, a mentor should not only know how to dance and choreograph but also to keep the kids focused and motivated without stressing them out too much, and I feel that since Dharmesh teaches kids, he has experience dealing with and teaching kids, and he choreographs well, so he is a "checkmark" for me. Amrita also is a teacher and have experience teaching other so she is a lso a "yes" for me, Jai Kumar Nair has his own academy so he also have experience in teaching and dealing with kids so he is also good to go. not sure abt Mayuresh and Vrushali but since they are chosen by DID team, I'm sure they are equally qualified.
From the choices that u have mentioned:
saajan - He himself is a kid, he is just 16/17 years old so might not be able to handle the pressure and reponsibility that comes with becoming a mentor. and he has still to learn a lot and master other styles bcz he had troubles remembering steps and excelling in other styles on the show, so he is definitely a "no" for me!
Kruti - yes, I could see Kruti as one of the mentor, as she seems mature, responsible, and dances well. BUT they need variety in the judges panel, they can't have everyone from TKT, so i guess that's a drawback for Kruti =/ other than that, I think she is qualified to be a mentor. hopefully, they'll get her on the panel next season đ
Kishore - I wasn't rlly that impressed by Kishore's dancing while he was on the show. He did give some great performances but lacked consistency, and I don't think he will be able to handle the pressure of coming up with new concepts every week, dealing with the kids in a polite manner, and then guiding the kids on points of improvements. Another drawback for Kishore is the language barrier. He may not be able to communicate his points well with the kids and that may prove to be inefficient! so Kishore is also a "No" for me as of now!
Jack - Jack excels in hiphop but as was the case with Kishore, I don't think he will be able to become a responsible mentor as he himself seem a little too young to be teaching other kids on how to handle pressure, how to take criticism, and how to stay focused. Again, language barrier is another drawback. what if some of the kids in his team can't speak english. Then, it will become rlly hard to mentor that kid as Jack might not be able to communicate well, so he is also a "No" for me!
Amar - As much as I like Amar, I feel that he is not YET ready to be a mentor. He has a lot to learn and master the dance style he is rlly good at. But other than that, I can see him becoming a great mentor next season, but for this season, not sure đ¤
