And besides, Aalekh doesn't know what LOVE is. He doesn't even know that his feelings for Sadhana are attributed as LOVE. from totally biological point of view, when Aalekh became normal, all she must be seeing is a handsome, hot, super hot, super duper hot husband. But unaware that Aalekh's biological clock is all whacked up and confused about these feelings or physical changes. Sadhana being normal and whose biological clock is doing it's routine job, and unaware of the man's biological whacked up problem, may have been feeling frustrated in the sub-conscience mind and could have let go of her rationale...
