Tapasya is more dangerous type crazy...very criminal minded.
Vansh is just an overenthusiastic type crazy who is quite self centered. I think he will never knowlingly hurt anyone and if he get to know of Veer n Icha's love he will defenitely act differently than Taps.

Taps is not unfortunate at all...she amy ahve been influence by Nani but she knows her right and wrong ands till does the wrong with so much planning and has criminal intentions just to further her own wishes and wants. Whereas Vansh is truly unfortunate to have been influence wrongly by his own Chacha at such an young age. Vansh is clinically/physically sick wheras Taps is mentally sick.
