At the same time, motabhai's own son amit needs money to complete his medical studies otheriwise he will not be able to become a doctor and marry namrata and therefore mota bhai also lends some money to him as well

Akaash tells Mehta about a scheme which would let them buy a house for 75 lacs and they would be able to make a prifit of 25 lacs when they eventually sell it .. but this scheme is actually Akaash's boss idea to scam Mehtas
