With SMS and MSS doing exceedingly good, Sulochana decides to start her NGO "Sulochana Mother Empowerment Services". Sulochana's sole goal is to defeat "Manav Social Services". According to her SMES is the only NGO who can serve the women better. MSS serves the distresses girls but SMES targets mothers from all levels of the society. Here are the salient features.

1. SMES believes mothers should have the ultimate decision making power in every aspects, be it family issues or issues not related to families, the mother should speak only and the rest will have to listen. Sulo will soon decide her punch line. As of now, it is "aaj main bolungi tum sab sunoge".

2. The father will be a mute spectactor in every matter. Sulo suggests the women to provide their husbands with specs, which they can clean and adjust in case of shock, surprise or anything. Wives should take every care to make sure that their husbands develop a habit of adjusting their lenses. Bottom line is husbands should be silent always. Sulo says if your husaband does not eye sight problems, expose his eyes to some harmful rays so that his eye sight becomes weak and he adopts glasses the very next day. The good news is SMES will freely distribute those specs and those harmful rays if required.

3. Daughter in laws should be favoured at any cost. After all "usse hi to aage ja ke ghar chalana hai". So even if the DIL commits some unforgivable crimes, she should be excused with a big heart. The attractive feature is all maternal relatives of the DIL are excusable for all criminal deeds, no matter if your own daughter is the victim.

4. SMES is planning to conduct a training programme for all mothers. The modules that will be covered are "Slapping then and there", "Shouting at the peak and make others listen". "Engineering the Sanskars as per your convenience", "make husbands dance to your tunes" and "interveneing in daughter's married life". Sulo madam will cover all these topics.

5. Employee Recruitment:

MD cum CEO cum COO Sulochana has appointed Manohar as the office attendant. He will also be used as an object in the training progs. Participating women will get to learn that they should convert their hubbies to Manohar type. Only mothers are allowed to join SMES. Screening procedure is bit tough.
