The great b-schools came up very late, when did the globalisation happened.
It happened post second world war!

i agree globalization started late but management didnt start that late. i remember studying abt the development of marketing nd the selling era (i think the 1st in marketing) started in the late 80s or early 90s. b4 WW1!! introduction of money was long time ago too nd thats part of management. barter is also part of management. i agree that maybe science started b4 management but management is old too.

just like science, or any other field of study, management was also present wayyyy back in the days(in a different form), but just like everything else, it has developed nd its growing. we r learning new things.

just like some scientests (who r sooo old!!), there r economists (from 1700s or even b4 that.dont remember all the dates😆) David Ricardo, an economists, was born in 1700s nd did his work then(i remember him bcoz i did a project on him).just like scientists nd their theories nd experiments, there r economists who had theories nd did experiments.

i agree that civilized nd organized b-schools started late.
