In Pavitra Rishta many actors are Maharashtrian and my character 'Manav' the main lead which I play is also Maharashtrian. But I don't know much of Marathi, so my co-stars help me in getting my dialogues and pronunciation correct. We all have blast on the sets. Working with everyone gives me feeling that I am a part of Maharashtrian family.

I have 2-3 Maharashtrian friends from whom I got to know Marathi. Like many of our languages, Marathi also has its rich heritage and culture. I like Maharashtrian dishes. I have worked in theatre, therefore I am familiar with Marathi theatre industry. They are really great people. The intensity and energy with which they work is really commendable and cannot be matched.
