Hi folks,

Just saw this and didn't know whether to be amused or hungry or grossed out:

Anyway, the long and short of it is that the man claims to be a good cook because he can mix together boiled pasta with this gruesome sounding mix of mayonnaise, soy sauce, and garlic paste. (????)

It's an article, Gur. Makes fascinating reading, really. Gives me all sorts of ideas on papers about hybrid foods and who's doing all this happy hybridizing. The last time I was in Mumbai I ate something that only Mumbai could create: a Chinese-style Jain Pizza. Incredible. And it wasn't bad at all, to my immense surprise. But I don't know if I have a palate tough enough for mayo and soy together. !!
