How Can I Delete A My Forums Listing?

So if i used to watch a show that isn't on anymore or if I stopped watching the show and it used to be marked in the "my forums" part, how can i delete it? I went to the dashboard part and even looked and I didnt see anything. Please let me know, thanks!

just visit that forum and just left to my forums dropdown list you wil see yellow color filed star just press this star and section wil be deleted from the list and if not try refresh your page after the button press and that's done.

yes hardik is correct here

just visit the section u wanna delete from drop down list thru my posts

and just click the star button which will no longer be filled and u will notice that the section has been removed from My Forums drop down list
