Zareena, there was no need to open this topic. NO one said Kurbaan promised to be anything MNIK was. THe only thing they had in common was the producer. Kurbaan is rensil's vision, MNIK is Karan's.

Not ONCE did the makers claim anything of the like.

Normally I woudlnt jump to this conclusion Zareena, but this member has been trashing Kurbaan in every single topic since its release.

Infact, when anyone praised the movie, it would break out into a debate about WHY are you praising Kurbaan.

THey have nothing in comon wtih each other, so I dont even see the POINT of this topic?

Mind you, I'm looking forward to catching MNIK as well, but this in my eyes was uncalled for. Just coz one movie didnt work doesnt mean you open a topic and say, yeah, this si what it shoudl ahve been.

Not realy. They're totally different.

Its liek me opening a topic tomorrow about a random movie and then saying, Yeah this OTHER movie shoudl have been liek this, but wasnt.

Makes no sense, right?

As I said, topic's purpose, trash one movie, put up another.

Whether a movie is GOOD or BAD are OPINIONS. I know plenty of ppl that liked Kurbaan, me included, so kindly dont generalize for everyone.

i dunno why but after watch KHAN i m seriously thinking why did i even liked KURBAAN. not putting it down when it released i liked it & bebo did a FANTASTIC job but hell why did even karan bothered to make that film when he was making such a Fabolous movie that's beyond my understanding anyways for me khan was khan is and khan will remain a very very very special movie not because it has my most fav people in it but because karan did a fantastic job even my dad who hardly ever likes a film loved MNIK and wants to watch it again because it was very very good.

What was the point of bringing in Kurbaan? MNIK isnt much about terrorism and it didnt show anything negative if you know what I mean.

MNIK is Kjos direction. Kurbaan was Rensils. Major difference there.
