Well Shekhar hasn't told anyone that he married Laali. Ranvijau just said that Laali was Shekhar's rakhail.
Then how come bhua was telling Loha that he didn't do good by letting Shehar marry Laali??
Did Loha tell her? When? they didn't show it to us.

Maybe she's psychic 😆, no seriously she probably deduced that Shekhar married Laali base on his reaction. She probably thought that a man wouldn't behave in such a manner for a rakhail but he would for a wife especially if she's being disrespected.
