I think Datta will get to know abt Nakusha's reality before her marriage, either from More'sany kartut or from Nakusha herself, but he will not reveal that to anybody. Here is one point, if Dutta get to know abt the reality from More then how, because Nakusha and her family is in under the protection of bhao. 😕

morey might find out who is datta bhao and come after him to find out where is naku. there he might see naku living in datta's protection with her makeup on. so to create trouble for naku he might do something that will have her looks revealed. datta will feel betrayed if her beauty comes out that way. and the 3 sisters might make it sound that naku has been sent by datta's enemies to spy on him. datta might not be in a state of mind to think straight and believe they are right. this will create huge misunderstandings b/w them. which can slowly get sorted. 😉

i dunno...if datta has another heartbreak now wont it be too soon for him to be falling love again? so then he might marry naku out of some compulsion and that might be the perfect reason for naku to keep her looks hidden from him. but if they hurry with the love story then holi is a good time. btw when's holi?
