Most of us know and love Shan as a singer. All the captains are involved in some drama or the other, some more some less. After all it's a Gajji show! 😊 But I specially like Shaan as a captain because:

- He is humble
Who else can say "Ees team ko agar koi dubo sakta hai toh woh mein hi hoon"?

- He is intelligent
The song selection for his team is pretty good, and we have seen that most of the time the singers on his team sing the song that suit them the most.

- He is fair
He gives all his team members a chance to sing and makes sure that all of them are rotated in the different rounds, so they can show their talent. Whereas some judges make only some singers sing in the DJ round (which is the worst round I feel), whereas makes their favorites sing in the other rounds.

- He brings out the best in his team members
He whispered the thought of Debo's daughter in his ear before his performance, so that he would bring the maximum emotion in his song.

- Winning points is important for him, but his team members are more important than points
He let Harshit sing even when he was sick instead of making someone else sing two songs or singing himself, knowing fully well that there was a danger of getting lower points.

- He is honest even when it comes to comparing his team member with the team member from the opposite side
When HR was comparing Anwesha and Abhaas's song and said that "Abhas ne jo gaya woh har koi gaa sakta hai, par Anwesha ne jo gaaya woh har koi nahi gaa sakta". If he wanted he could keep quiet, but he immediately said, "Main yeh nahin maanta ki jo Abhaas ne gaya woh har koi ga sakta hai".
