That is such a vivid memory of my childhood. Ahh Mowgli - happier times. Also Vishal Bharadwaj+ Rekha Bharadwaj is one talented couple. I love all the songs she's sung for him so far. Especially the ones on this album.

I just listened to 'dil to bachcha hai ji'. Now can't stop it. 😃 Gulzar is a marvel. Every time he comes up with something just out of this world. I love the way he uses anything to portray love. It could be utensils, swear words anything. Dil to paaji, kameena hai. 😆

ya i have heard it and seen it....its like 1960's and 70's kind of song.....

i once heard it on radio...and it was the middle lyrics...i was thiking which old song is this 😆

Words fall short to describe the genius of Gulzaar.....only he can come up with such unique lyrics....and what adorable thoughts....you can almost tangibly feel the way a man must be musing to himself...."Kis ko pata tha pehlu mein rakha dil aisa paaji bhi hoga, hum toh humesha samajhte the koi hum jaisa haaji hi hoga" or "Saari jawaani katra ke kaati, Peeri mein takra gayein hain"

It is just so unbelievably refreshingly ADORABLE! LOVE LOVE LOVE this song!

Gulzaar is deinitely a creative genius. Just love his poetry and style. The guy has been writing for so long, but still he is definitely one of the best in the business. Vishal's music is great. Songs have a very earthy touch to them.

Dil to Bachcha is definitely my favourite. Thanks for the link for the songs.
