So here's what I think will happen from now on.

Pankaj will ask for all of Jyoti's memories to be removed from the house, as though she were never here.

He will either be in an accident, or someone will fine a miracle cure, and he'll get his eyesight back. Maybe some time will pass and Jyoti will have her baby

And he'll see a sad girl and fall for her

In time he'll find out that the girl is Jyoti, but only after he has fully heard her story

Something like what happened in the movie Fanaa

That would be an interesting twist!!

But, I would rather that someone drill some sense into Pankaj rather than that story go this far.

Actually, this is what I would LOVE! Brij goes broke (and i mean really really REALLY broke). Desparate, he calls Meenal and tells her that he is going to tell the world that she INVITED him into her bedroom and was holding hands with him. He should threaten to break this news to her inlaws. Meenal can't prove otherwise as the only other witness to this incident will be Jyoti, who is outa this pic. She will suddenly realize how difficult it is to prove Brij as a liar.

She will have to go to CM and CM will be forced to take the help of Jyoti to prove to Meenal's inlaws what really happened that night.

How would that story line be???????

I doubt this will happen.

Let's say he meets Jyoti. It won't be long b4 others in his family have seen her as well, and any one of them will be quick to tell him who it is, even if all her memories have been removed. So he'll know who she is. In fact, he may not even require anybody - he has an acute sense of hearing and smelling, and when he hears Jyoti, he'll know it is her.

Plus, from Jyoti's end, having gone thru the third degree by pretending not to know Brij, she won't make the same mistake this time w/ Pankaj in this scenario. She'd tell him right away who she is, and distance herself from him to make him happy, or go to him if he wants her.

Plus, today, Minal's attempt to get Sudha to remove a photo of Jyoti ended in vain, so there are still photos of Jyoti in the house. Plus in MN&G's bedroom, there is a family photo that includes Jyoti in it, which Pankaj will be bound to see.

Speaking of Minal, tonight's precap was one of Kesav-ji sitting w/ CM, who's given him the news that Jyoti has been kicked out. Kesav-ji asks her if she can guarantee that Jyoti won't return, and when CM assures her of that, Kesav-ji suggests that Pankaj marry the gal whom Uday rejected in favor of Sudha. If this materializes, Minal will be out of there, and CM will be less of a pain on Sudha, since her favorite Pankaj is now hooked w/ a gal she obviously prefers not only to Sudha, but to Jyoti as well.

I want Jyoti to be successful as a divorcee, so actually this scenario I'm happy w/. Pankaj should accept, send Jyoti divorce papers and ask her to stop using the Vashisth name. Once she reverts to Jyoti Sharma and stops using sindur and that mangal sutra, it'll be easier for her to find a job. And now that she has undivided attention to her maayka, she'll have no problems. She should let go of Pankaj for both her own sake, as well as everyone else in the Vashisth family. In due course, I hope she finds a normal guy, similar to Uday, who's not poor but not a millionaire either, and marries him and starts a new family, once all her maayka problems are settled.

My new prediction, based on today - Deepu will ultimately hook up w/ the Kota girl, but allow it to be credited to Kesav-ji, so that he puts pressure on CM to ease off Sudha & Jyoti. And if Pankaj re-marries, it will be the girl whose family wants Deepu to be a conduit to the Vashisths.

I dont think Pankaj will remarry and I definitely do not think he will tolerate any kota girl or CM's choice.

Pankaj and Jyoti will get back together but with a better understanding between them the next time.

Jyo was a humoungous fool to have lost a golden oppurtunity. All she should have done was to tell the truth on day 1...then her IL and Pank would have stayed by her come what may. They are extremely progressive human beings in all other respects. The only one opposing her would be CM, but hey it really would not have mattered as P would have silenced her. Of course, MN would have just said 'Bhairavi' with pleading looks and been silenced by her strong gray eyes. LOL! So much for his standing for his DIL.
