Will YRF shows help boost Sony's TRP's?

Yash Raj Film TVs 5 new shows - Lift Kara De, Mahi Way, Rishta.Com, Seven and Powder that went on air from January 1 is sure to boost Sony's TRPs in no time. After all, the audience is now getting to watch something more than CID. Thank god YRF TV introduced new shows in the New Year. What better way to start the New Year, than with brand new shows. If you haven't got a chance to watch YRF TVs new offerings, we tell you a bit about the shows:

Lift Kara De
This weekly reality show, hosted by KJo that airs every Friday and Saturday at 8 pm features one superstar and his/her biggest fan. This concept is something new and the audience has quite liked it. The first episode featured Bollywood Badshah King Khan, after which superstars like Big B, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, etc are said to be on the show.

One thing that's nice about this show is that it's not only about fans getting to meet their favourite stars, but it's also about the superstar getting to meet his/her biggest fan! Sounds cool, doesn't it?

I don't think these shows will be that big of a success in the TRP game. There's not that much audiences for these shows. Maybe all the CID fans will watch Seven and Powder😆.
Mahi Ve and Pavitra, they are going to have even lower trp's.

Lif Kara De, this show is confusing. It's not a reality show, and it's not entirely a chat show. Well it's a chat show, but they are promoting it like a reality show by adding some twists to it. We have already seen enough chat interviews, they are on every news channels these days. So don't think this will fare that well either.
