give his wife a divorce before he marries Lalli because when Shekar & Lalli marry, He will only really be married to Siddeswary (sorry don't know how to spell her name), so that why Lalli's remembering what his mother said to her.

It is true yes but it seems Shekhar is too eager. The fact that he hasn't thought it through makes the show appear unrealistic. I bet Siddeshwari/Loha/Ranvijay will taking advantage of legal issues later on.
