Hema's songs in Opposite Mentor's choice

HR and ID thought they were giving Hema a completely out of genre song. Probably they were expecting him to fail. Hema singing a Sukhwinder song and then a hindi dialect type of song! But they actually did good for him and his fans. Now we know he is much more versatile than the other singers. He added his own to touch to both the songs. Esp Ramta Jogi..

yeahh!!.......im jus hoping that this thng going around abt Hemu is false.....that he isnt out......itz soo hard to convince myself..but the fact seems to b he is. :(

Yeah.. cannot imagine saregamapa without Hema.. Initially every week i would wait mainly for Sharib, Hema and Nihira.. And then it was Nihira and Hema.. Then only Hema.. Now I am not very curious about what's going on...Anyway, these 3 were the greatest singers in the show.. They got all the exposure they needed. I am sure all Music Directors must have taken notice of these singers. They are all winners for me..

He went offtune 4 times and hence ID gave him an 8. If you have the video of the show, you can see (rather hear) that for yourself.

With all due respect, the thought of ID feeling insecure of Hema's singing is ridiculous!

Even if a singer goes off tune a little, I think like JL once said "Totality me maza aana chahiye".. And definitely Hema ke har gane par totality mein maza aata hai.. I agree Vinit has been the most consistent performer. But because of not a great voice quality and no personal harkatein, its not too fun to listen to him.
You might as welll listen to the original song. Hema's songs have their own style and some of them are better than the orginal.. And the beauty of the original song is never lost... This is just my 2 cents.

Hema deserved Perfect 10 for both the songs!

Right on people. Hemu did excellently with both the songs given by both HR and ID. Infact even Mr.Subhash Ghai was tremendously impressed.

Hats off Hemu you surely showed your true talent to all. Even Hemu's Vanda Mataram was excellent.

His is a singer in his own truely unique and remarkable.
