Should Uday leave the Vashishth household w/ Sudha?

In today's episode, after the vicious reception that they got, Uday decided to leave the Vashisth mansion w/ Sudha, since he had taken sacred vows to stand by her, when MN and Jyoti both stopped him. MN told him that he'd be dragging the family further thru the mud, and Jyoti telling him that he can't sever his ties w/ the rest of the family just b'cos of one tie - his spouse. Sudha agrees w/ her and Uday relents.

But in the precap to tomorrow, they show Sudha decked in a sari, and preparing to enter the kitchen w/ Jyoti, when Bhairavi stops them, and tells them that Sudha and Uday have no business in that house.

So what do you think - should Uday go along w/ his own instincts of leaving, or Jyoti's & MN's instructions to stay. Do you agree w/ Jyoti that he can't put his relationship w/ Sudha above that w/ CM, MN & G, Pankaj & Pratik? Ain't that what marriage is - Uday didn't take sacred vows wrt CM, MN & G, Pankaj, but he did take it w/ Sudha, so isn't his relationship w/ her now above that w/ the others? And just b'cos he went against the family, does he have to put up w/ conflicting demands from MN on one hand that he not leave, and CM on the other that he leave?

I think he should leave with Sudha coz he should realize that his mother will not accept Sudha and that she is going to have some really harsh treatment meted out by CM & Minal.

i dont think he should leave..uday and sudha have not done anything wrong..its cm who is wrong..
uday and sudha have all the rights to be dere and if cm has a problem with SUDAY she can leave ..
