Whoa..She is starting to look like Cruella DeVille, what with her blue streaks and oil-spill lookalike eye makeup. Smoky eye makeup does not mean that you dab on a year's worth of eyeliner, mascara and kaajal! She is such a naturally gorgeous woman.. less is more in some situations.

There is a disconnect between the dress and the hair/makeup. The dress by itself is very safe and pretty. The hair/makeup is edgy that deserved an edgier dress or vice-versa.
