Im confused about this whole twin sister thing!!

Do you remember Rizvi road?Did she spend time with kavya?
In my opinion, i think that kavya had fell in love with the ghost of Anjum as i dont think that anjali was faking anjum.
If everybody says that Anjum had died 4 years ago in Simla, then there could be a possiblity of Anjum returning as a bhoot who happens to meet kavya in the streets of Rizvi Road.
