I find Rajbeer's dad way more mature compared to anyone else in his family....he has a personality, which Rajbeer doesn't have inspite of his looks..and Rajbeer's dad seems to speak with logic and intellect; while Rajbeer and his mom, perhaps are good natured, but don't appear very wise to me..their decisions are more impulsive, short termed, short sighted and based on gut more than on logic. Right now, without judging who is right/wrong ....my comment is more directed towards their personalities as per my observation.

Rajbeer's father was considering opinion of others in his family.

They are joint family and they also run family business. So I think he is weighing what others in his family will say about Rajbeer's choice.

He did mentioned that 'taayaajee' will like Rajbeer to meet with other girls.
