I remember watching the Dus Ka Dum episode where Salman Khan had invited four popular television actresses to participate in the show. These were Ratan Rajput from Agale Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, Ragini Khanna from Bhaskar Bharti, Sara Khan of Bidaai fame and Tina Dutta from Uttaran.

If you have watched that episode, you would have noticed, how out of the four actresses, there was one who stole the thunder away with her witty remarks and spontaneous chatter and even a flabbergasted Salman couldn't do anything about it! Any guesses? Well, it was Ratan Rajput who managed to get the maximum spotlight on herself and from the looks of the other three actresses, her attention seeking act didn't go down too well with them.

But what happened on Dus Ka Dum wasn't just a one-off thing. From what we hear, Ratan seems to have developed a habit of grabbing maximum attention from the viewers, whether it's a guest appearance on a reality show or on her own sets. Apparently, this has become a bone of contention between her and her co-actors on the sets of Agale Janam... Needless to say, the cast is not very happy with her attitude and this has started to reflect in their behaviour towards her.

Though Ratan began her career with Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi, it was with her portrayal of the rustic Laali in Agale Janam… that she became a popular household name. Since she is playing a lead now, the focus is mainly on her, wherever she goes. A little birdie tells us, to support her cause, Ratan is trying too hard to be on friendly terms with her co-stars. But they are miffed and are in no mood to reciprocate her friendly advances.

According to our source, the actress is feeling the heat from the other actors. She may be the central character in the show, but off camera, she is hardly popular and is often sidelined by the rest of them. Since a majority of the cast comprises of seasoned and veteran actors, constantly being overshadowed by Ratan is not something they are willing to take lightly.

While everyone on the set is aware of the situation, when we called Ratan to ask her opinion on this, she was surprised by the news and laughed it off. "It's not like this at all. I have a lot of fun on the sets. My co-actors are not like this. I know them; they are all established people in their own place and are very co-operative. I don't know the rules and regulations on the sets and so I am bindaas.

Since we don't have any controversies on Agale Janam…, someone is spreading this rumour to create some gossip. I think the media has created this situation. Anyways, I don't pay any attention. I have come here to work, so I don't want to waste my energy on all this," she says happily.

Actors Sukirti Kandpal and Abhishek Rawat, who are also a part of the show have been going around telling people that there is no problem on the sets, that everyone gets along 'fabulously' with Ratan and even the latter is playing along. Perhaps they are trying to cover up the mess that they have created. But we think any publicity is good publicity, even if it is negative. Let's see how this saga unfolds.
