A suggestion to creatives: Pooja's Case

Please use the character Pathare Kaka .........the once brilliant lawyer properly this time in Pooja's case . Pooja's case definetely has to come to some legal level at some time in the show . Pathare's character , though brilliantly conceived ........was extremely underutilized in Geethi's case . What had to be shown was after the forgetfulness and slowness , his inherent intelligence and brilliance as a lawyer shows it self when he battles the case . Instead the creatives messed it up by showing it was Nanda's argument with Jassi's arrogant dad that turns the case . Which was rather ridiculous as no one in real life changes this way .........and one can safely say that unlike other serials , Ladies Special has a strong base of solid common sense and reallity .[ Thats what makes it so Special .] There was a moment they showed when Pathare Kaka refuses to take the case , and Nanda bends to touch his feet saying ' Namaskar Karte Kaka ' . That is a Marathi way of telling the person.........I pay my obeisance and it never fails to touch a chord in elders ..........which is precisely what happens in her case . Pathare Kaka feels he is letting down this child who told him Namaskar Karte ..........who came with such hopes to him that he wud put things right . Till now he only came across as a doddering old man , inclined to forgetfulness . That was however not what the creatives intended him to be . He can be used very well in pooja's case against the lawyer who gave Karan the ideas to force Pooja back in the marraige . We wud like as viewers to see Pathare put Karan behind bars .

thats a fantastic idea...i had forgotten abt pathare kaka. maybe they are planning to have him as pooja's lawyer hence he's still there in the show. i agree he was under utilized and appeared useless. he didnt even speak a sentence in court and just sat there with his head bent. the case ended abruptly with randhawa having a sudden change of heart after seeing the tape. also i guess they wanted to show nanda somehow wins the day for geeti hence nanda's emotional speech in court. but yes having pathare help pooja is a good idea!

That would be great. Pooja needs to end her relation legally with Karan, then only she can move on from psycho Karan.

Hi didi - so good to see you here!! Yes you are absolutely right, as always - LOL!! I do hope Pathare Kaka represents Pooja through this - he is the one who gave her the idea of how to bring Karan back to Mumbai from Dhanbad...let us hope the creatives don't disappoint us this time.

Thanks a lot all of u who liked my idea...........hope creatives read us . The character of forgetful but brilliant Pathare Kaka is too good to be ignored . Make him an integral part of the serial and use him when legalities r shown in the show . Holding a chapppal in front of his face he entered Nanda's house at two in the night accepting the case , gave Gaurav .....Nandas son a sweet as if he was a kid ........that too , absent mindedly............Pathare kaka is a super mixture of rationalism combined with compassion and sends out a message that real life heroes need not be filmy but extremely endearing with their anomalies . So buck up creatives and take notice !

i agree...she walked out of the house and left it at that. obtaining a divorce isnt easy but she must pursue it till its done. i wonder why she didnt go to the lawyer b4 karan. pooja seems to have a tendency for late reaction which complicates matters as it happenned when she walked out and karan called her mom first and her mom landed in karan's house.
