Ha: mummaaaaa…….(harsh pulled muskaan's hand, she's looking him with horror) mumma tallo, me aple budhy she milwaunda…(challo,mai apne buddy se milwaunga)
He again pulled her hand,she turned, now she's facing AR, she looked at harsh then AR with dismay somehow controlling her tears so that they may not cross her eyes boundary… her eyes's wet may be coz of horror,guilty, her love for her son… everything was mixed in her eyes… harsh took her near AR….
Ha: budhy ye meli mumma hai…(he said this very cutely placing his hand on his own chest, AR's completely shocked, riddhima holds armaan arms, armaan looked at her and placed his hand on her hand… harsh hold armaan's hand) buddy aalish ko dona…. ( riddhima shaked her head…) peas mekko khelna hai..(he opened his little arms, riddhima again shaked her head… muskaan felt bad in heart but can't say a word, just kept on looking them with pleading eyes but AR was not looking her…) kun???? (harsh questioned riddhima, armaan took harsh in his arms)
A: pehle aap table par baith to jao, aapki riddhima aunty mujhe bhi aarish ko uthane nahi deti jab tak mai baith na jaun…
Ha: table pal??? (armaan nodded and both giggled giving high five to each other and stopped when armaan received a tight smack from riddhima.. armaan looked at riddhima)
R: bache se jhoot bolte hue sharam nahi aati…(placing aarish in harsh's arms)
A: wo kis khet ki mulli hai, aaj tak dekhi nahi….
R: armaannnnnn……. (then turned, muskaan was still looking at them with lots of emotions in her eyes)
Mu: mai tumhara ye ehsaan..
A: (cutting her) hume kissi aur ki galti ki saja kissi aur ko dene ki aadat nahi hai, naahi humne kissi par ehsaan kiya hai, hum bas wohi kar rahe hai jo hamara farj hai… hume apni personal aur professional life alag rakhni aati hai…. (muskaan again felt as if her heart broke down into several pieces, armaan's words hit her like an arrow, muskaan looked at riddhima with a hope)
Mu: riddhima I'm sorry….(she tried to hold riddhima's hand but riddhima raised her hand as if saying don't you dare) riddhimaaa….
R: muskaan jayda baat mat karo humse, agar dr. shashank ne dekh liya ya kissi aur ne unhe bata diya iss baare mai to tumhe apni job chodni pad sakti hai…
Mu: riddhima ye kaisi baatein..
R: (cutting her) issi reason ke kaaran 4 saal tum logo ne humse baat nahi ki thi na…(muskaan lowered her eyes, riddhima felt bad and looked at armaan who placed his arm around her) armaan duniya itni fake aur selfish kyu hoti hai…
A: riddhimaa… (she'd little tear in her eyes, armaan pulled her in his arms and kissed on her head) mai hu na tumhare saath.. tumhari duniya …(riddhima smiled a bit and moved her arms around him and closed her eyes for a moment, armaan threw a bad look on muskaan) to tumhe auron se kya lena…(riddhima nodded, then changing the topic) mere paet mai ghodde daud rahein hai.. (riddhima giggled and detangled herself and turned towards table, took her bag, then aarish..)
A: (shaked hands with harsh) okk buddy ab hum ghar jaa rahe hai…
Ha: pal kun?????
A: coz buddy ko roman..( armaan looked at riddhima and slightly winks, riddhima showed him eyes and slightly pinched him) I mean sona hai….
Ha: to aap mele shaath mele bed pal sho jaana..
A: (taking him in his arms) mai to aapke bed par so jaunga par aarish aur riddhima aunty kaha soyegi???
Ha: (thinks a bit) ka kalein???(kya karein)
A: aisa karte hai ki abhi hum ghar jaate hai aur kal phir aapse milne aa jayenge…(harsh shaked his head and holds his arm, on the verge of crying when)
R: harsh baby hume ghar jaana padega, aapko pata hai aarish ke sab kapde ghar par hai aur ye kapde gande ho gaye hai, kya aap gande baby ke saath kheloge???
Ha: to ye mele kaple daal lega… (AR giggled)
R: aapke kapdo mai to baby najar hi nahi aayega, aap big boy ho aur aarish abhi small boy hai… isliye uske kapde bhi small small honge…. Aur baby ke sab kapde ghar par hai to issliye hume ghar jaana padega na….(harsh nodded but with a sad face)
A: buddy ko car chahiye na??? (harsh nodded with excitement) to promise me ki ab aap good boy ki tarah doctor uncle aur apni mumma ki saari baat manoge aur smile bhi karte rahoge aur khaana bhi khaoge, phir kal subah ek pyari si car hum apnibuddy ke liye lekar aayege…
Ha: aul phil mai aul aalish usme baithkar ghumne jayenge…
A: aur mujhe nahi le jaoge???
Ha: theek haii pal cal(car) mai hi chaunga….(armaan laughed and nodded and kisses on his head…)
A: no shaitani okkk…(harsh nodded and gave him hug… and finally AR took leave without looking at muskaan…. Muskaan kept on looking at their retreating figure, reminding armaan's words to harsh "promise me ki apni mumma ki saari baat maanoge" these words were echoing in her mind again and again and tears started rolling down from her eyes, she fell on floor like dead and was crying, rahul who came there just few minutes ago while armaan and riddhima was talking to harsh rushed to muskaan and hugged her…
Mu: (hides her face in his arms) rahul AR hume kabhi maaf nahi karienge, wo humse kabhi baat nahi karienge na, pata nahi kaise mujhse ye galti ho gayi… kyu ho gayi ye galti mujhse, har baar armaan ne meri help ki thi aur aaj bhi wo hamare itne gande behaviour ke baad bhi hamare bete ko kitne selflessly handle kar rahe the, itni badi galti hone ke baad bhi ek baar unhone uss galti ka gussa hamare bete par nahi nikala, wo itne ache kaise ho sakte hai….. kaise…. Kaash mai pichle 5 saal waapis laa sakti, kaash….(she cried badly, rahul kept on caressing her…..both were feeling guilty
they started hating themselves when reminded what they did, and from this time their heart started waiting for AR forgiveness and above them their child forgiveness… this's the time when they started feeling restless like a fish which's thrown out of water….)
armaan riddhima reached on gate, when stopped by announcement " all doctors immediately report in conference hall"…riddhima made a slight face..
A: challo, aaj lagta hai ye log hume jaane nahi denge…
R: mujhe bhi kuch aisa hi lag raha hai, (she first looked towards door, her expressions changes slightly then again came back to normal, changes her direction so that her back was facing towards door then looking at aarish) mera bechara nannu bhi pareshan ho gaya hai subah se inn kapdo mai… mera betuu..(kisses on his head) ab tum jao conference hall mai..
A: tum bhi challo…
R: mai kya karungi waha par aur doctors ko bulaya hai… (armaan pulled her hand and moved towards hall)
A: shayad tum bhul rahi ho ki tum bhi ek bahuttt achi doctor ho…
R: armaannnnn.. mai abhi doctor nahi hun…
A: riddhima tum sirf leave par ho, leave par jaane se doctor ka label nahi hatt jayega tumhare uppar se… ab challo…
One lady that's standing near reception came out of thoughts when someone called her…
Padmmaaaa…. (she turned and looked at naani)
Pa: maaa… kya hua??
Na: wahi to mai puch rahi hun kya hua??? Yaha kyu khadi ho, hume conference room mai jaana hai, jaldi challo warna shashank naaraj ho jayega, tumhe to pata hi hai kitna waqt ka paaband hai…pata nahi kya hua achanak usse jo phone karke bulaya…challo…(padma smiled a bit, both moved towards hall)
Conference Hall, one of the trustee got up and
Tr: good evening doctors..
All: good evening sir..
Tr: mujhe ye batate hue badi khushi ho rahi hai ki hamara sanjeevani ka naya project complete ho gaya hai, hospital almost taiyar hai and I would like to appreciate armaan… he proved me right, he's truly a dedicated doctor, aaj sirf unki mehnat ki wajah se ye hospital itni jaldi taiyar ho gaya hai, ab waha ke logo ko koi dikkat nahi hogi, waha bhi sab modern techniques hogi treatment ke liye jiske kaaran logo ko best cure milega aur wo bhi bilkul free mai…(hall was filled with a huge round of applause)
inn taaliyon ke bhi asli hakdaar dr. armaan hi hai…jinhone ye samjhaya ki har waqt apne profit ke baare mai na sochkar unn logo ke baare mai bhi sochna chahiye jo sirf hamare profit ke kaaran apne sehat ka loss sehte hai, jinhe treatment ki bahut jarurat hoti hai par phir bhi wo log paise ke kaaran treatment nahi le paate…. Paise se bhi bhadkar ek cheez hoti hai wo hai insaniyat… ye humne dr. armaan se seekha hai.. jinhone 20 lakhs uss hospital ko donate kiye hai…….
(all were shocked totally and searching for armaan, and armaan was holding riddhima's hand like a kid, trying to hide himself from everyone and was somewhere thinking "iss mote ke paet mai kuch nahi pachta, mana kiya tha ki kissi ke aage iska jeekar mat kare parr.. kha kha ke tondumal ho gaya hai isliye paet mai kuch rehta hi nahi" he's looking down feeling a kind of embarrassed, not liking everyone's gaze at him, riddhima looked at armaan, she knew what he's feeling right now, she just interwined her fingures with his and asked with eyes it's okk armaan, kuch nahi hota…
but armaan is armaan, usse kuch nahi bahut kuch ho raha tha specially when trustee called him on stage, he looked at riddhima, riddhima asked him to go, and when he didn't move she almost pushed him on stage and shaked her head thinking aur sab iss moment ke liye marte hai aur ek mera armaan hai jo inn moments se darta hai… she smiled to herself then looked at aarish…and mumbled "you are lucky betu aapko aise papa mile" aarish who's wide awake smiled and slightly blushes…(she again kisses on his head)
trustees presented trophy to armaan and asked him to speak some words and handled him
mike…. Armaan pointed riddhima and kept on looking her, she asked him to speak, he just moved his trophy in front of her from stage…. And just mumbled thanku and in heart thinking my true dedication, my true inspiration, my love, my jaan my wife my riddhima… this trophy goes to her, sab kuch incomplete reh jaata tumhare bina, ye project aur mai, aaj jo hun sirf tumhari wajah se hun riddhima aur sirf tumhare liye hun…. (in his eyes a little twinkle's floating so as in riddhima's eyes yet she mumbled "liar" as if she heard his words, armaan handled mike back to trustee and came down, straightway rushed to riddhima and hugged her, she hugged him back and slightly kisses on his head)
A: I love you riddhima…
R: love you too jaannn..
Tr: now time for surprise… (all mumbled "surprise") yess surprise..you all are going to lunavla for 20 days for inauguration…. (all mumbled yesss with a wide smile, armaan,rohit,niki,riddhima exchanged very sparkling smiles, so as interns…) let me complete… dr. armaan, dr. riddhima, dr. shashank, dr. joshi and dr. grewal aap log next week hi lunavla challe jayenge, waha ke arrangements confirm karienge aur baaki sab inauguration waale din lunavla jayenge aur jo pehle gaye honge wo waapis aa jayenge, coz sanjeevani mai doctors ka rehna jaruri hai… (interns and AR, ro, ni face came down thinking ye kya hai, ye surprise tha ya shock… in between aarish started crying loudly in that quiet atmosphere, everyone started looking at him, riddhima tried to stop him from crying)
R: chup betu…. Sshhhhh… chupp….(caressing his tiny hair, he cried even more louder) kya hua betuuu….(armaan took him in his arms)
A: oeee mere ardhaan ko kya hua… kya huaa…. (he raised him in air and slightly did tickly in his tummy with his head, ardhaan holds his hair when felt little tickly and smiled a bit… armaan brought him down…he again started crying, riddhima took him back)
R: armaan mai bahar wait karti hun, may be suffocation se pareshan ho raha hai..(armaan nodded, she moved out, trustees after giving some more details and little speech left the place, rohit,niki holds armaan who's trying to escape, didn't waana face anyone but rohit,niki holds him and started saying "abe yaar tu to bada chuppa rustam nikla, teri ye side to dekhi hi nahi kabhi, tu aisa bhi hai" same questions which armaan wants to ignore….
Rahul, muskaan, anjali, atul was looking armaan from distance, somehow gained lil confidence and moved towards him, congratulate him, this time they all wated to hug him but armaan just thanked them and again got busy with Ni, Ro…all felt bad… shashank along with padma moved out from hall and stopped when saw riddhima twirling lightly with aarish in her arms…and aarish was laughing lodly with lil sound so as riddhima and then she covered his face with her saree pallu and mumbled jhaat… which made him giggled again, she kisses on his cheeks..
R: mera pyara sa raja beta, aap haste hue kitne pyare lagte ho, bilkul apne papa jaise… darr lagta hai kabhi kabhi aapki mumma ko, agar unki najar aapko lag gayi to???? (she hugged him) mera baby toy..(kissing on his lil palms, and for the first time raised her eyes and found Sh,Pa standing in front of her, they're looking her, shashank with lost eyes and padma with slight smile on lips, riddhima quickly took steps fwd mumbling) mumma ki tummy mai chuhe ruffling kar rahein hai aur papa ko koi fikar hi nahi hai, unhe daant lagate hai.. okk….(she crossed them as if they're no one to her, as if she does n't know who they are…. Shashank felt insulted where as padma ached in heart thinking riddhima aise kyu behave kar rahi hai.. dr. shashank left where as padma remained standing, naani came from back and placed her hand on padma's shoulder)
Na: (looking her lost) kya hua padma jab se hospital mai aayi ho tab se kahi khoyi hui ho, kya soch rahi ho???
Pa: maa riddhima kitna badal gayi hai, mujhe dekh kar bhi undekha kar rahi hai, aur apne bete ko bhi aise chuppa rahi hai jaise agar humne dekh liya to koi paap ho jayega...
Na: beta tujhe koi galat fehmi hui hogi, riddhu aisa nahi kar sakti...
Pa: maa mai maan leti agar ek baar aisa hota, par wo 4 baar mere aage se nikli hai aur ek baar aankh bhi mili par wo to mujhe aise dekh rahi thi jaise jaanti hi na ho...(naani was quiet shocked and kept on walking in corridor, when heard some chuckles, they looked up and found riddhima and armaan was coming from front, riddhima holding baby and armaan was again and again rubbing his head in baby's tummy to which he's giggling and riddhima too was laughing... then suddenly her smile disappeared when she looked in front, and armaan smiled when saw naani and padma standing, he greeted them and when they're only one arm apart, armaan bends down nad touched their feet and got up, and to his surprise riddhima was not standing with him, she crossed them and kept on moving)
A:(from back) riddhima...
R: (without turning) armaan mai bahar milti hun.... (armaan felt weird and xcused himself and rushed at back of her and holds her arm)
A: riddhima kya hua??? Naani aur padma mom se nahi milna kya???? (riddhima looked him as if don't knew them)
R: kiski naani aur kiski mom armaan???
A: riddhima ye kaisi baatein kar rahi ho, naani aur padma mom… wo dekho wok hade hai.. (he turned her towards them, riddhima looked them which were giving shocking expressions when heard riddhima's words)
R: ohh mrs. Gupta.. tumhe galatfehmi ho rahi hai armaan wo dr. gupta ki wife hai aur unke saath dr. gupta ki mom…. That's it…
A: riddhimaaaaa…….
R: armaan maine kaha tha na ki meri duniya bas tumse shuru hoti hai aur tumpar khatam hoti hai, tumhare alava mera koi nahi hai, meri family tum ho armaan…
A: riddhima ye kya keh..
R: mai jaanti hun armaan mai kya keh rahi hun, meri family sirf tum ho, aur kissi ko mai nahi jaanti…(armaan was totally shocked at her reply and not to tell padma and naani's reaction…. Armaan wanna say something but he stopped when saw tears in her eyes which she's trying to hide, she turned and start moving showering kisses on her angel that was holding her skin of colar bone, may be trying to hide her pain, and right in front saw shashank and anjali standing, anjali was looking hurt, where as shashank was somewhere shocked, riddhima looked him with hatred and crossed them… armaan looked at padma nad naani with sorry in his eyes coz he didn't understand why riddhima over reacted that much, and left….

A: (applying break) bottle kaha hai???
R: back seat par.. (armaan looked back and found rahul,muskaan sleeping peacefully with harsh and namrata, he moved down from car and opened back door, while taking out bottle he heard some voices)
Shitttt… car ko bhi abhi kharab hona tha… (he turned and found one girl in tight jeans with sleeveless top and was standing near bonnet with little sad eyes… then he heard one more voice..
Ruchaa kya hua???? (voice came from back seat)
Ru: princess car garam ho gayi hai aur yaha to dur dur tak koi mechanic bhi nahi hoga, I'm scared.. (and hearing her words one girl in long kurta with leggings came down, looking very cute but having tense face)
Pr: ab kya karein??? Raat bhi hone waali hai, aur hum 3 ladkiyan akeli hai, waise hi aage ka raasta theek nahi hai, kaise jayenge???
Ru: mujhe bhi darr lag raha hai, aur agar mom-dad ko pata challa ki iss waqt hum aise raaste se jaa rahe the to mujhe bahut daantenge, aur aage se kabhi kahin jaane nahi denge… (princess consoled her) aur iss neha ki bachi ko to mai kacha chabba jaungi, yaha hum itne dare hue hai aur ye nalayak ladki aaram se ghodde bech kar so rahi hai… paani kaha hai abhi iss ladki ko jagati hun, dekhiyo phir apne dream house ke sapne le rahi hogi….(she took bottle and goes towards front seat)

Here's the moment
We were children, not Lovers, yet we lay on the grass looking at the stars, talking of Angels.. She took his hand and said 'A moment can change everything..' Whenever now he thinks of Ridhhima, which he did more often than ever, he always remembered that night..
Layed on the Earth as though floating just an inch above the ground, she told him in the strange voice, that there would be Signs, Forever..
"I'm not tricking you, Armaan.. you know that, don't you..? I'm just telling you how it is and how it's going to be.. When we get older nd we're not friends like now, coz we'd have gone away or got a job or got married.. I'm going to send you Signs to remember US now, this very second.. Do you believe me..?"
"What sort of Signs..?"
She might have been about to answer when the kitchen light came through window.. but he was ready on his feet, tugging her up, dragging nd scrambling with her hand tight in his, keeping low on the ground as her father came out to look for the source of the noise.. "Ridhhi.. you better not be here out at this hour with that rowdy boy..! you here me..?" her father demanded..
Armaan was able to see her father's big shadow.. He was a uncouth man with dark eyes nd a darker brows.. Always dangerous, with tools buldging in his pocket.. Getting away from his notice they rushed into the dark.. In the trees, near the stream, they sat on their haunches, breathing hard, breathing the woods.. they stayed like that, frozen in their fear.. until he moved closer nd whispered into her ear..
"Why does he hate me so much..?"
"He thinks if it weren't for you, I'd stay indoors with him.. He's got worse since Mom left.. He gets worse everyday.. truly, he does.." she said glumly..
He looked into her sad eyes.. Then just like kids, feeling safe together nd holding nothing back they hugged each other close.. so close that they could hear eachother's thumping hearts.. They didn't knew who kissed whom first.. but while kissing he saw, twenty years later in a room in Canada, watching her as his wife, combing her hair.. she looked so much like Ridhhima.. It came to him like force as crushing as gravity..
"If I'd keep Ridhhima closer, If I'd never let her go away so easily, I could have her combing her hair as my wife then.." he thought to himself.. Now he wondered if that was the FIRST SIGNAL..
They've not felt worse ever than bidding goodbye that night.. he didn't want her to go, but once they came out of the kiss they realized what they'd done nd how was more, much more than a Forbidden Friend.. She was shaking so hard that he for once thought that she might die on him.. With that taste of her on his lips, He sneaked her out of the trees.. they scurried, close to the ground, bending as fast as they could.. he took her to her phony father.. He kissed her again lightly in the shadows nd that was the Bravest thing he has ever done.. He wanted to tell her that even though she was going back, he would never desert her.. not ever..
She didn't attend her school for next few days after that and then he found out that it was she who was leaving him.. Going back to Poland, motherland of her ancesters, as far as Stars for him.. he didn't believe the news at first.. Since that night she was the only thing he had on his mind.. he just sat in silence all alone, dazed and full of insecurities of losing her..
He saw her once afterwards.. she managed to sneak round his house to meet him.. she said she couldn't stay longer nd threw herself on the sofa.. she sat there wrestling with cushions, banging her fists.. "Armaan, is there any God..? nd what good is he doing to make Papa so mad to shift from here.." He wanted to reach out to her nd say many things but he couldn't utter a word as he knew somewhere it was him who was responsible for her father's anger..
He so wanted to feel that moment of bliss again nd kiss her even longer but his Mom was lurking so he just held her hand.. "I promise, I'll write everyday.."
She nodded innocently nd left after a tight hug.. "Look out for signs Armaan.. I'll send them nd you'll remember me.. I know.."
He looked out to sings all the time but as he grew up from a Boy to a man, he stopped searching or may be stopped seeing.. Life often does that to us, cloud things over..
Often his mind would wander around his long lost Friend many questions start coming up.. Why is it only that his life his drowsy with her dream..? nd what does that mean that a smell, a word, a single sigh of an owl can make him think of his Ridhhi..? Nearly whole life he lived without her.. Got jobs, gone away nd got married, but only now does he see that she was so right..
One moment can change everything.. turn children, friends from Friends to lovers and that you can never, ever, go back again..
