E-mails - An annoyance.

Hi,

Recently, IF has added a feature that allows members to hit a "like" button when they agree or enjoy a post made by someone, to cut down on spamming. But for the last couple of days, I have been receiving e-mails from the site (automatically) whenever someone likes a post I made. Is there anyone to disable that action?
