As far as my mind works - following can be the reasons for Arohi's rejection -

• KS Blackmailing Arohi by telling that Sur's marriage with abhay will not take place. 😡
  
• DK Blackmailing --- Something to do with her family reputation - May be Antara😡 ----
  
• There is some new entry --- who is blackmailing Arohi

HMMM you know what that is soo possible..he loves KS like a brother and knowing that arohi rejected him he wants to avenge his friend and threatned arohi to marry KS or else he will not marry SUR..
