Will anyone work in a Saif production again?

I was just thinking that with the whole Kareena overload on the LAK movie and Saif going on about how much he wanted Kareena to work with him initially (though he calmed down on this lately thankfully) do you think top actresses will want to work in a Saif production or be wary of the whole Saif-Kareena media overload?

I think a lot of actresses would be wary of it and it would really be the subject matter / director being fantastic that would overcome that wariness.

I really think Saif handled this aspect of his production quite badly.

You do bring up a good point..whatever saif has said about wishing kareena was in the movie, even if it's on a personal basis, was in bad taste as a lead actor, and especially as a PRODUCER. No actress wants to know that the producer didn't think i should do the role.

If those films have a strong director like Imtiaz Ali then no worries. Deepika handled it quite well and Imtiaz Ali supported her really well mentioning how she was the only choice for the movie and that he had her and Saif in mind while writing the story. Saif producing it came into the picture much later.

^^very true..I was actually proud of the way deepika and imtiaz reacted, which is especially a surprise from me because I'm not exactly fond of deepika...but she's growing on me now

i think deepika handled the whole situation really well, especially since she is only a newbie in bollywood..Kareena and saif can learn thing or two from her.

Probably only if Saif decides to go celibate and single?

This issue will not come up again.
There are two reasons why kareena was brought into this so frequently and saif expressed a desire for her to be in it:

One being that it was his FIRST home production, and way back when late 2007 he said that one of kareena's positive influences on him was that she encouraged him to take the plunge into production (an idea he was looking into but was taking a while)

Second that at the time she was workig with him on JWM and Saif had been considering different directors (one of them was Imtiaz) and kareena gave him her personal recomendation.

Now that LAK has released and its doing so well, and also kareena is already in saif's agent vinod, the kareena issue will no longer come up for his future productions.

probably used so many tactics to even get her & is now doing all he can so she stays with him forever
like getting a tatoo, was never fond him as a person & now watching glimpses of his movie, i don't think he knows second thing about production
i don't think girls are desperate to work with, no top notc actress is giving any importance, so it won't make any difference to them
wish kareena chose some one her own age & just chilled out with her life
mr saif is getting all this media attention thanks miss kappor, who is a high profile, otherwise he idn't get much media coverage
sp now he is doing everything in his place to please her
but i feld for deepika when he said i wanted kareena,than your lucky star deepike agreed to work with you
don't give your self so importance mr khan, they are not dying to work with you either
you trapped kareena with a tatoo it won't work with your stars
they have anough good looking big stars to work with, so you stay put pleasing kareena & stick with your producting & churn have baked sagas so called movies with miss kapoor

I think it will depend on the script and directors. His problem is that no big actress would die to work with him. I mean if any actress was offered a role opposite Aamir, SRK or Hrithik they would probably never say no. For example, Rakesh Roshan films are acknowledged as giving no importance to the heroines and being a total Hrithik show but none of the top heroines would turn down the option. On the contrary, with Saif it is based on the script and director and after this I do not know how many top notch directors would want to work with Saif as he has proven he is too meddlesome.

Of course he could always dump Kareena but that is how he gets most of his attention so I doubt it.
