I am not familiar with the Maharastran traditions so someone help me out.

I watched today's epi and was pretty sure that Manav and Archana are not ritualistically married yet. Manav has arrived at the venue with baraat and so have all the guests. Tho the scns sort of looked like it was a wedding reception rather that pre-wedding arrangements wiht guests bringing gifts and tootofying on the food. What bothered me was that Archana was wearing sindoor in her maang. NOw tell me i did not miss the actual wedding taking place. Or do this region of people wear the sindoor before the rituals? Someone clarify please. Her whole Maang was filled with red color so it can't be a mistake.

I was think the same too JC. How come Archana was wearing sindoor when they were sitting on that stage, notice how she was also wearing mangalsutra chain as well though the wedding rituals/pheras have not started yet. When Archana was walking to the wedding stage, she wasn't wear sinddor, and when she is seated on the stage..magically sindoor appears..😆😕. Another blooper, what happened to Archana's friend Madhuri?, wasn't she supposed to be getting married too, I remember a time when Archoo and her friends went shopping for Madhuri's wedding. But in today's episode..Madhuri look unmarried.

Hahhahaha...I thought the same too. On both these cases the creative team has goofed up

it was because the whole marriage was done in one shot, since it was live ( i.e the audience). Therefore the magasutra and sindoor was worn before hand and when they are doing the rituals manav would pretend to be putting it on... since marriage is considered very pure.
- this is what i think., but i havn't watched the episode yet.

Omg I noticied the same....I rewinded thinking I missed that part or something....I was looking thru all youtube to see the other vids...ugh...then to think it was a blooper she is not married yet😆😆😆

i believe y'day was the trailor of this week's epi
and yes same thought came to mind as Archana came direct to the stage and we saw guest going and wishing them

but the Pics at Indya.Com & Tellybuzz do say that the marriage is gonna take place with all the rituals, so am w8ing for today's epi

it's from reception...today they just gave the glimpse..shaadi is gonna happen 2day:)bt still it's a blooper😆

Gosh - I am so glad I read this as Kept wondering how she had already even worn her Mangalsutra - so obviously the wedding was over - but they didn't show it. Am wondering if they will show the wedding as a flashback!!!!

I thought so too. I must have seen the videos and promos at least 2-3 times to ensure I did not miss the rituals.

i had da same thought in my mind😕.........i absoultuley luv dis show😛......u will always c me praising dis show on india forum😃 but i didnt expect dis mistake frm da creatives😕........i hope itz nt a mistake thou....but yea i was wondering da same thing😆😆....as 2 y was archna's whole maang filled with sindoor when dey didnt even get marrried😲....well iguess we'll juss hve 2 wait n c it......😊
