Bani came up to the door to send him off

Dhyan se drive karna . bani cautioned

Jai nodded his head . looking at her lovely face he took uturn and leftwaving his hand out .

It was loveliest evening till now , he never thought he would enjoy so much in his life. It was after a long long time..

Bani walked in., her mother and dadi were grinning

"kya?" bani asked

"kuch nahin they shook there head

Bani walked away shyly, she didn't know why her cheeks were burning red...

Bani's preparations for tour was in full swing, her mum and dadi were making some sweets and snacks to survive if the food didn't taste good.

Bani 's dad joked whether if this was the amount for 7day journey what will they pack for her life long journey to sasural.

They just brushed off the question with a glare.

On the day bani was to leave, jai came to see her, bani was nervous and excited about her tour.

When jai came to see her , dadi directed jai to Bani's room ,Jai knocked at the door of bani's bedroom though the door was open . Bani looked at the tall, handsome figure standing at the door.

Bani warmly smiled and asked him to come in

"hogaya sab preparations?" he asked taking seat on nearby study table chair

"hmm ho tho gaya par purra nahin shayad .." she was confused . jai smiled .bani re-read the list of things to be put and carried along . Jai was just seeing her

"pehle baar jaarahe hoona?" he asked

"hmm haan .isliye nervous hoon " she confided jai smiled

It's okay. Everything is taken care. don't be so tensed. He consoled her

Bani looked at him as his soothing voice filled her ears.

Dadi came in "hogaya beta ?" she asked

"Ji dadi bus"

"damaad babu yeh lo juice" saying so dadi handed orange juice glass to jai. Jai took the big glass and put it aside. The content was huge and he was not sure he would complete it full or not

"kyun ? nahin piyogey kya?" dadi aksed

"bahut bada glass hain dadiji . Main itna nahin pee paunga abhi nashta kar aaya" said Jai

Dadi thought for a second " teek hain .aadha pee le aur adha bani ko dey dey ,voh peeyegi "

Bani eyes shot up did she hear right? She turned to see dadi with her hands on her hips .

Jai laughed at her. "dadi voh tho khadey khadey aapko khaa lege"

Dadi " khaneko nahin peene ko keh rahe hoon usse " saying Dadi smiled slyly at bani , leaving the two alone.

Bani was embarrassed. Jai picked up the glass , doing cheers to her, he drank the liquid pouring it at about an inch away from his mouth. He finished half the amount and passed the glass to bani .

Bani now had no go but to share the content .she drank it sip by sip looking at jai coyly.

He had solution for every tantrum of her's but how will he get yes from her mouth on marriage?

Bani's bags were now shifted to the common room. They were three. One bag of her dresses, the second her other essentials, the third food bag..

"Itna sarra luggage for 7days bani ?" Jai exclaimed coming closer to her.

Voh voh .. bani was short of answer how could she tell him that she too didn't want the food bag which contained quantity lasting for few months

"Bani abhi yeh halath hain tho humare shaadi ke baat tho poora kamra aur ghar pack kardengey tumhare maa?" commented jai

Bani getting angry over his teaser glared at him and left his side.

Bani was talking to her parents when jai sent an sms "come to terrace" .bani cell buzzed she looked at the message and then at Jai who signaled leaving the place.

Bani took break and went to terrace .she found Jai leaning over the wall looking at the street .

"kya hua ? kyun bulaya ?" she asked, setting her cream tshirt

"idhar aao " he pulled her to himself, bani struggled at their nearness . He put his hand around her back facing each other . Bani's heart started drumming hard .

Main tumhare liye kuch laya hoon

mujhe kuch nahin chahiye

Jai frowned

Bani bit her lip "okay kya hain ?"

He put forward a black cover. Bani took it and opened it to see a black colored camera ,two batteries and a negative role.

Bani , this is the camera that my father handed me when I got good score in my school . this is my favourite one. I take it along with me wherever I go on tour to click those beutiful occasions for ever .

He took the camera and putting the batteries and reel ,set the lense and looking for a beautiful picture , he clicked it . bani same instant held her two hands infront of her face to hide her face.

Jai nodded no . bani plss..

She finally posed . jai smiled and took a pic and then showed her the working procedure of camera.

So will u take it with u ?

I … what if I wont be able to keep safe? She said

Jai thought for a second. I dont think u r so irresponsible. He looked into her eyes.

She was like.. u never know.

Itsokay even if u lost it .

U don't have value for this? She asked

Bani blushed . colour crept on her cheeks.

"hello " they heard a voice . it was Daksh "romance chal raha hain kya? Time ho raha hain bhai ? humme jana hain railway station"

Jai "aisa kuch nahin hain .chalo niche" Jai held bani's hand in his. They went down the stairs. Nishikant and Bani sat in Jai's car at the back seat. Daksh at the passenger seat .

Bani's mother was having tears in her eyes seeing Bani leave .

"Kiran, bani sirf tour jaa rahe hain .. ek hafta keliye…" nishikant consoled

"Haan par aapna khayal rakna beta ." she repeated 100^th time.

Nishikant , Jai and Daksh were smiling seeing Kiran state. Nishikant's smile was more prominent.

Kiran felt offended. "aap hass na band kijiye" she told seriously

"nahin main huss nahin raha hoon " and all the guys burst out laughing

Bani opened the door and hugged her mom, "papa bus bhi karo maa ko tang karne"

Nishikant smiled looking at the two. Kiran kissed bani's forehead "aise daato tumahe papa ko "

Daadi standing behind talked loud "kya bole bahu"

Bani's mother bent her head . Nishikant looked at kiran " abhi yeh haal hain tho shaadi karake bhi bhejna hain. Tab?"

Kiran who was pissed off replied " agar na bejo tho ?"

Jai's face blanched . Nishikant laughed oncemore this time seeing Jai's reaction

"kiran dekh jai beta ka haal kaisa hogaya hain" Kiran looked at Jai and holding bani tightly at wrist spoke

"nahin bejoongii aapne beti ko" she announced surprising all the people. Bani smiled widely showing her teeth to Jai .

"baavle hogaye yeh !" dadi declared

Jai smiled understanding his mother inlaw's heart .

"teek hain maaji mat bejiye aapne bani ko " said jai coming out of the car . Kiran looked at jai as he came near and hugged her sideways. "main hi aajaonga aapke paas ghar jamayee banakey"

All smiled, Kiran too did looking at her sonin law. Bani was surprised.

"mera chaand sa beta" saying so kiran roatated her hands over jai's head removing the nazaar thing , Bani glared at jai .as he won her mother's heart .

"abhi chale ? " asked daksh impatiently "aunty , bani sasural nahin ,college tour jaa rahe hain"

All laughed . "okay abhi jao" saying kiran pushed bani into the car . the car engine roared and swiftly moved . they did bye..

"paagli kahe ki .. beti tho humesha parayee hi hothi hain" daadi said while she herself damped her cloth with the tears. ..Kiran nodded her head feeling heavy at heart .

At the railway station, Jai stood silently beside Nishikant waiting for the train to come. The railway station abuzz , public waiting for their trains. The place being warm.jai started to sweat; he took out his handkerchief and wiped the beads of perspiration from his forehead and tip of nose.. Daksh was introducing few of his friends to Jai. Bani was watching him from distance. She smiled acknowledging the pain he was taking for her.

; Bani's friends (girls) had eyes only for Jai .he was a piece cut out in the entire group.

"Bani Jai walia yahan kya kar raha hain?" asked rano

"He is my father's friend"

"What !!!!jaiwalia the young handsome dynamic business man friend to ur father ?"

"hey how dare u talk like that " bani glared

"okay okay cool main bus pooch rahe hoon"

"mr.walia papa ke dost ke bte hain" bani lied

"y don't u introduce us? He is bachelor right? We will try our luck?" said Meera pouting her lips

"Okay chalo"

"mr.walia yeh mere friends Meera, Rano, anamika…" bani introduced and soon regretted seeing the manner in which they were standing in front of him pouting shyly…

Bani frustrated "oh god" she elbowed them. They were hyper ventilating and blushed. Jai was all smiles.

"sunna hain aap , NIshikant uncle ke dost ke bte hain " saying meera put forward her hand.

Jai frowned at being introduced in that manner. He looked at Bani , holding meera's hand lightly , he kissed . Bani felt a pang of jealousy. She averted her gauze from him .

"yes . Gorgeous " said Jai . meera was more blushing. Soon the train announcement came and all were ordered to be prepared with the luggage.

Bani stood beside jai " tum ne jhoot kyun bola?" jai asked in seriuos tone.

"voh voh .. main sach bolte tho voh log mujhe chidane hi beth jaathe isliye .."

"hmmm"

"haan aur main aapne class ki first girl hongey getting married first and I don't want to be.."

"wow u people keep rounds on this also or what ?" jai laughed "mujhe sochna padega mere batch ka last man to be married kaun hoga? Hmm shayad main hi hoon"

"very good" replied bani softly.

"bani fir tho baat barabar hogaye, main last tum first " Jai winked. Bani moved her face away looking at her friends who were giving funny looks.

"mr.walia Plss. Behave.." bani pleaded

Jai smiled "teek hain ek shart par ."

Kya?

Mujhe tum mr.walia nahin Jai bulavogey

Haan varna main jaake tumhare frds ko sach boldungaa he said taking a step towards her frds direction

Aapko black mailing bahut aacha aata hain . kahin underwold dons(chota rajan aur shakeel) aapke bhai tho nahin

Jai laughed shaking his head in negation . bani smiled . The signal on the tracks changed.

Bani yeh tumhare training hain! said jai in whisper

Training ??

Haan to be away from ur parents. Agale baar u will be mine and in my home permanently .

I thought u promised my mum that u will b ghar jammayee

Haan soh tho hain iska matlab tum shaadi ke liye raazi hoon ! jai exclaimed

Huh she grunted her teeth..

"papa ji bani ne haan kiya hain" said jai as he stood infront of rail window with nishikant

"nahin maine haan nahin kiya ,shaadi keliye" bani hurbarahat main jawab diya.

Jai was grinning, today is definitely not her day. bani thought .

Nishikant understood jai was pulling his daughter's legs

"teek hain beta main punditji ko bulatha hoon" nishikant added fuel to fire.

"papa " bani dropped fake tears .

"arey hum mazzak kar rahe the "exclaimed both . bani wiping the tears smiled

"main bhi "

"tuuu…….." jai said in warning. Bani smirked .The train arrived on the platform, her friends getting in with their luggage.The train whistled loudly

"aapna khayal rakhna "told jai and Nishi as the train started ...

Jai just pressed her hands comforting her.

Bani's friends had by now settled in their places and were chatting and chatting. The phone in bani's hand , the engagement ring on her left hand caught their attention

Wowwoowo bani lagta hain tere tho chandi nikkle..batana yeh itne costly cheese kahaan se aaye

Matlab?

Voh kya haina humare Bani kanjoos number one hain isliye pooch rahe hain her frds said in unison.

Bani was like huh and she took something to hit them, eventually they were laughing in splits cracking jokes, singing songs..
