MICH.............I am so speechless..........I was supposed to go to sleep half and hour ago...now it's 12 in the morning and I am reading your scenes.....I blame you if I don't get up in the morning.....but before that let me just say, brillian piece of writing and very realistic.....the ending was so adorable, I am gonna have good dreams....thanks!

SCENE 2

I feel Shweta's foot injury could have been used effectively in a scene like this. This is after Abhi knows Nikki is helping Suman Lata

As the day comes to an end, everyone is ready to leave Sanjeevani. The nurse tells Nikki that Dr. Modi has called her to his his cabin. Nikki wonders now what Abhi has in store for her. She knocks on his door and enters. and. Abhi who was standing in front of his desk turns and gives her a cold look. When Nikki asks him did he have any work with her? He tells her " you will never change in life.... You are still playing games with me..... Nikki says "Excuse me what do you mean ?" Abhi says "don't pretend I know you are supporting SLD in troubling me"..... Nikki says I don't know what you are talking about. Abhi says you will never admit to your faults.... You play games and then you pretend you are innocent. Nikki says I am not playing any games. You are the one who think who has authority to do anything with anyone's life. Abhi moves closer to her and says what do you mean ? While doing so his hand accidently hits the paper weight lying on the desk. It falls on Nikki's middle toe. Howling in pain, She slumps down on a chair nearby and is trying to reach her toe. The toe starts bleeding.. Abhi is horrified at what he just did... He goes down on his knees and tries to look at Nikki's toe. She gives him an angry look and flings his hand away from her. Abhi forcebly holds her leg and Nikki again tries to free her leg from him but then he keeps holding her leg and sternly says "Sit quietly !" He looks at the bleeding toe and slowly removes her shoe... They stare at each other for few seconds. He then gets up and goes behind his desk and pulls out the medical kit box.... He starts cleaning the blood... Nikki keeps doing "ow, ow" Abhi says does it hurt badly. Nikki says "No! I am faking it" Abhi continues cleaning the wound. He then presses the toe slightly and says how bad is the pain Nikki, can you stand. He stands up and tries helping her to stand up. The moment Nikk's foot touches the ground she cries out in pain and falls against him. He holds her tight in his arms and they both get lost in each other's eyes. The pain of the toe jabbing at her makes Nikki wince in pain again and Abhi loosens his grip. Holding her by the arm he looks at the toe says we need an X Ray... He calls for a wheelchair and gets Nikki to take an XRay. The reports suggest that she has a hairline fracture.... Abhi feels bad... He apologises to Nikki who taunts him saying "Pehle dard dete ho aur phir dawai bhi dete... After Nikki is given the required treatment and a crutch for moving around, Abhi offers to drop her home.

As Nikki is sitting in the car she thinks to herself that some pain are blessings in disguise. Its because of this fracture she is sitting here beside Abhi who is not angry or cold with her. Infact he is even more considerate and caring. She glances sideways at him, their eyes meet and then both feeling awkward slowly turn away. Till they reach her home, they keep stealing glances at each other. When they reach her place, Nikki gets off the car and tries taking the support of the crutch. Abhi is unable to see it and goes over to her side and carries her in his arms. Nikki reluctantly says "its okay I'll manage" Abhi doesn't say anything and gives her a wry look. Nikki holds on to his neck for support. They keep looking at each other as he strides towards the house, with Nikki in arms. Abhi recollects all that happened the last time he carried the bhang hit Nikki in his arms during Holi. Nikki's maid opens the door and Abhi enters with Nikki.... He tells the maid that Nikki is hurt and to go and get the crutch and her shoes from the car. He then carries Nikki to her room and puts her down on her bed. While doing so he almost loses his balance and Nikki falls on the couch pulling Abhi along with her....They keep looking into each other, can feel each other's breath... Its only when a voice says "Didi aap ko kuch chahiye ?" they tear apart from each other. Nikki looks at the maid and says "Kuch nahin' Abhi straightens and stands up. He looks at Nikki and says "if you have any problem or need anything, do call me up !" Nikki is surprised by his softness. She mumbles her thanks and he walks towards the door. Nikki keeps on staring at him. When he reaches the door, he stops and turns back and looks at her. They exchange looks of not wanting to leave each other. Then Abhi turns and leaves. The painful pangs of parting hits Nikki. Yet she is happy to see Abhi cared for her.
