Cupid strikes Kavita… again
Kavita Kaushik and Karan Grover reportedly spent New Year's Eve together at Ganpatipule
For Kavita Kaushik (Anushka of CID), love is in the air. And it seemed to blossom during the fag end of last year as she was vacationing in Goa. The buzz doing rounds is that she and Karan Grover (Arjun of Sarrthi) are seeing each other. She was earlier linked with two other television actors Nikkhil Arya and Sandeep Rajora.
On being quizzed about Karan, she gives a clichd answer. "I went for a drive to Ganpatipule for New Year's Eve and was accompanied by a big group of friends including Kamya (Punjabi). Yes, Karan was also there. He is a great guy. He is a good friend. But it is too early to say whether we are seeing each other."
But when probed further and asked if she saw the 'friendship' developing into something more intimate she replied in the affirmative. "If you ask me, I would say, you never know, what may happen," she said. "I don't know how he will react if he comes to know that the media is calling me about this. But the fact is that currently both of us are busy with work."
She continues, "I have known Karan for a long time. We keep meeting each other. He is one of the best people I know in my life. In fact, I would be lying if I said he does not make me happy."
And in a typically showbiz manner she concludes, "What is between us is for me to know and you to find out."
Karan who preferred to play it safe, laughed off the whole issue. "I hardly know Kavita. I met her at Ganpatipule through some common friends," is all he divulges.
